RULES & REGULATIONS

This is a quiet, adult campground where everyone in your party must be at least 16 years old. This property is privately owned. The campground reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Disrespectful, rude, or inappropriate behavior toward campground owners, staff, or other guests will not be tolerated. All guests are expected to treat others with courtesy and respect to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable camping experience.

The customer and guests accept camping privileges with the understanding that they carry their own liability and comprehensive insurance to protect against any and all damage, including theft, fire, windstorms, trees, limbs, nuts, water damage, hail, vandalism, and injury.

The customer and guests release the campground, its owners, and employees from all liability for loss or damage to property or personal injury arising from their use of the camping facilities. The customer and guests also agree to indemnify the campground, its owners, and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the registered camper, family members, or guests arising from the use of the camping facilities.

Failure to follow campground rules, including disrespectful behavior toward owners, staff, or other guests, may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your stay, and we will refund your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.

After the 14-day period, you will forfeit your deposit. If a deposit was not collected when the reservation was made and cancellation occurs within 14 days of your stay, you will be charged a one-night fee.

Cancellations made two days or less before check-in, or failure to show up for your reservation, will result in forfeiture of the entire stay.

For reservations made online, cancellation policies may vary. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the applicable cancellation policy.

Cancellations must be made by phone. Emails are not accepted for cancellations.
