RULES & REGULATIONS

This is a quiet, adult campground where everyone in your party must be at least 16 years old. This property is privately owned. The campground reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The customer and guests accept camping privileges with the understanding that they carry their own liability comprehensive insurance to protect against any and all damage such as theft, fire, windstorm, trees, limbs, nuts, water damage, hail, vandalism and injury. The customer and guests release the campground, its owners, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of their use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the campground, its owners, and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of it camping facilities. Failure to abide by the rules may result in early termination of your stay with no refunds. The cancellation policy is as follows: The customer will forfeit a one night’s stay if they do not cancel 14 days prior to stay. The customer will forfeit their entire stay if they cancel 2 days or less prior to check in or if I do not show up for my reservation.  

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: If you would need to cancel or change your reservation, please call us 14 days prior to your stay and we will refund your deposit less a $15 cancel fee. After the 14 days, you will lose your deposit. If a deposit was not taken upon reservation and it is after the 14 days, you will be charged a one-night fee. For reservations made online the cancellation policy varies. Please see your reservation confirmation for cancellation policy. Emails are not acceptable for cancellations.
